1. Boil water in a large pot.
2. Cook pasta according to package instruction.
3. Heat pan over medium heat. Add 2 tbsp water.
4. Cook ground turkey for 7-10 minutes. Until no longer pink, 165°F.
5. Remove the turkey and sauté the tomatoes for about 3 minutes.
6. Add spinach. Sauté until spinach is wilted.
7. Add the pasta and meat to pan with the spinach and tomatoes. Stir to combine.
8. Oil and season with: olive oil, pepper, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper.
9. Enjoy!
