1. Warm skillet on stove at medium-high heat. Add 2 Tbsp water.
2. Add tofu and spices to skillet.
3. Break up tofu and mix with spices as it cooks.
4. Separately, saute onion and mushrooms in 2 Tbsp water. Cook until caramelized.
5. Add pico de gallo.
6. Combine ingredients.
7. Enjoy!
