1. Prepare falafel mix in 1-2” spheres and cook to your liking. Avoid frying in oil to keep fats as low as possible.
2. Boil 1/2 cups of water. Pour 1/4 cup couscous into boiling water, stir once with a spoon, cover with a lid, and remove from heat. After steaming for a few minutes, fluff with a fork.
3. Chop romaine lettuce into desired bite size.
4. Chop bell pepper.
5. Combine falafel, lettuce, bell pepper and couscous in a bowl.
6. Dispense 1 Tbsp lemon dressing into a separate dish.
7. Enjoy!
