Chicken and White Rice

First, the chicken:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. Season chicken breasts on each side with Ms. Dash Salt Free Seasoning.
3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
4. Add minced garlic, chicken stock, lemon zest, lemon juice, and thyme.
5. Place in oven and cook for 30-40 min, until chicken is cooked through – no longer pink, 165°F.
6. Baste once or twice while cooking.
7. Keep warm.
Then, the rice:
1. Bring water to a boil.
2. Add white rice to boiling water.
3. Simmer until white rice is thoroughly cooked. 10-15 min.
4. Plate with proper weight of chicken
5. Enjoy!
