First, prepare your shake:
1. Pour 1 cup almond milk into shaker cup.
2. Add 1 scoop protein powder.
3. Shake and place in refrigerator to chill for 5-10 min.
Then, prepare your PBJ:
4. Place 2 slices of bread on plate.
5. Mix Chocolate PB2 spread until desired consistency is reached. See packaging for powder/water ratio.
6. Spread PB2 evenly onto one slice.
7. Spread jelly on other slice.
8. Stick slices together.
9. Eat PBJ first and wash down with chilled protein shake.
