1. Break up meatless chick’n and warm according to packaging instructions.
2. Bring water to a boil.
3. Add white rice to boiling water.
4. Simmer until white rice is thoroughly cooked. 10-15 min
5. Sauté bell pepper in pan until tender.
6. Drain black beans, then add to pan cook until warm.
7. Plate meatless chick’n, bell pepper and beans
8. Enjoy!
