1. Bring water to a boil.
2. Add white rice to boiling water.
3. Simmer until white rice is thoroughly cooked. 10-15 min.
4. Warm tofu and edamame if needed.
5. Cut avocado into thin slices.
6. Prep kale to your preference- raw, or cooked with 2 tbsp water and no-salt seasoning.
