1. Whisk together whole egg, egg white in a bowl.
2. Whisk in protein powder until smooth
3. Add flax seed & cinnamon, whisk until smooth
4. Heat up a medium skillet on Med-High. Spray lightly with low cal cooking oil to prevent sticking.
5. Flip pancakes after bubbles rise to surface and bottoms brown, after 2 to 4 min.
6. Cook until second side is lightly browned.
7. Place on plate. Repeat until all batter is used.
8. Stack pancakes on top of each other on a plate.
9. Cut banana into slices, place on top of pancake stack.
10. Mix Chocolate PB2 spread until desired consistency is reached. See packaging for powder/water ratio. Make slightly runny for drizzle effect.
11.Drizzle Chocolate PB2 over pancake stack.
12. Enjoy!
